Steel Bollard Installation
US Customs & Border Patrol
Nogales, Arizona
Installation of multiple steel bollards to increase safety of employees and pedestrians at the US/Mexico border in Nogales, AZ. This project required core drilling through 12"+ of asphalt/concrete for placement of bollards as required by GSA representatives.
Boundary Fencing

Boise, Idaho
Installation of several thousand feet of government owned boundary fencing located in the remote areas of the Boise National Forest. The terrain and location provided a very interesting and unique challenge as new obstacles were overcome each day.
Public Bath/Shower House

One of many turn-key public use shower houses constructed for campgrounds, parks, etc. These shower houses are built with durability and longevity in mind as they are located in high traffic public use areas prone to flooding, vandalism, etc.

This project included the demolition of failing concrete bridge and the installation of new beams and concrete decking to provide a lasting bridge for years to come.
Log Cabin Preservation

This project served to restore and preserve an original pre civil war era hand hewn log cabin. The owners chose to replace a handful of rotted original hand hewn logs, followed by encapsulating the exterior in new lap siding and cedar shingle shake roof. Walking into the front door of this modern exterior shell, reveals the original 1840's era that shall be preserved for years to come.
Concrete Replacement
Kentucky
Demolition and replacement of ~5000SF of existing 6"+ failed concrete slab. Work was performed under 100% facility operation. Careful planning and techniques were implemented to reduce the impact to environment & facility operations.
Cabin Exterior/Interior Remodel
Rough River, KY
Where used to stand a lake dam operators house, was encased by a faux log cabin in the early 2000s. Malone Contracting LLC did a complete gut and remodel of the interior, followed by the sandblasting, treatment and staining of the exterior logs.
